For the quality issue, we have a strict quality control department, every finished product has to pass our two times QC. Our goods are suitable for outdoor events, garden, bistro, beach, café shop, dining room, hotel, resort and bar. To meet our clients' requirement, we have done a lot OEM project. (2) What is your payment term?
T/T or online transactions.
(3) What is your delivery time?
Manufacture takes about 30-45 days (depending on the complexity of the order) after the deposit has been received. Then shipping time depends on where you would like your products shipped to. Stocked items will be faster.
(4) Can i visit your factory?
Sure. We warmly welcome you to visit our factory. Please contact us to make an appointment.
(5) What's your payment term?
Generally, our payment term is FOB or EXW. If you want to do CIF or CFR, we can quote for you. We require a 50% deposit prior to manufacture and the balance prior to shipping.
(6) Do you have the products in stock?
We have some in stock. Please enquire for what we have available.
(7) What are your warranty terms?
We provide a Two year warranty for structure and workmanship.
(8) How can I make a change or cancel my order?
Making a change to your order is only allowed before production. Once your order has been produced, the order cannot be cancelled or returned. If you require a small change, you may be charged extra according to the situation.
(9) How can I be certain the product is correct and up to standard?
Before we produce the products we will double check all the details with you. For large orders with minimal time restrictions we can make a sample first. If everything is correct, we will continue on to the production.
(10) How does your factory do quality control?
Our quality inspections will take place during each stage of the production process. Also, you are welcome to come to our factory to make an inspection before shipment. When you are satisfied with the product and make the payment, then we will make the shipment.
(11) What happens if my products are damaged?
If the products have been damaged during transportation from China to your destination, please take pictures and send the details to us. If you are concerned about damage occurring, we can purchase insurance for the shipping.
